Today was a good day. Went to church this morning at CCVA, heard some testimonials and then went to dim sum with a group of 十三。 Dim Sum was really great, chatting and having fun. Yesterday was much fun too.

But for some reason though, this afternoon I was kind of down. Maybe it was some things I had on my mind, or maybe it was the rain. Either case, I had a plan already to go for a long drive. I persuaded a friend to come with, actually, to drive us. On the way to a rural spot in Maryland, almost to our destination we passed a sign that said the Optimist Club, Bingo. Once I saw that I had to chin up. It was just funny to see that sign, would’ve been nice to get a photo. I think it was karma, after that, my day went very well. Are you an optimistic person or a pessimisstic person?

Who am I asking questions anyways, I must be an optomist. I like to see the brighter things in life. What do we have if we don’t have happiness. Whatever things make you happy, grab them and hold on to them.

I’m lucky I haven’t had to deal with much sorrow. I hope those that do can make through them and have plans for a brighter future.
