Interview

I had my first interview in China today. The pay is decent but there aren’t enough hours (2hrs/week). The location is a bit far (opposite side of town) but then I can see more of Beijing. Hmm…should I take this job that might actually challenge me a bit (to improve my presentation skills). The job entails giving presentations to Chinese college students that want to go to the States to study. I would prepare 30-minute presentations and talk about schools that I’ve never been to before. What’s it like to study at MIT? I dunno. I can read up about it, that’s what they said. I did go to college in the States.

Or…I could find a hardworking, low-paying job in a restaurant and learn how to make noodles from scratch. That would be kinda cool. Then, I could return home and open up my own noodle shop (拉面馆). But I don’t really have time to ponder this question now. I have lots and lots of textbook stuff to cram into my head

    Yeah!
