On our way back to school from our trip to 爨底下 (Cuandixia) we stopped for a rest before catching the bus. We’d walked 6km in the blazing sun between the 500 year old village Cuandixia and the next town over. We brought drinks at the neighborhood shop (the entrance to their house) and then had a rest in their courtyard.
