8am Departure
My plane leaving Beijing leaves in less than 5 hours. I’m packed but I haven’t slept. I’m a little afraid to sleep, what if I can’t wake up. I have a small alarm clock and a wake up call, I should be okay. I am staying in a hostel for $15 a night in the heart of the city. I have 5 or 6 schools that I think are good prospects. Tomorrow, or later today, nap and email some of them. Just when I was having fun I had to leave Beijing, next time I come back hope I can speak better Chinese, it’s more fun that way.Oh yea, about two weeks ago I got a haircut like Zach from Saved by the Bell, not good. I usually shave my hair short, my aunt told me I need to keep it longer when teaching, anyways, I’m rocking a cap.
On another note, congratulations to Ed and Rebecca on their wedding day! Sleep and then Taipei here I come.
